WILD OREGANO

In the Calabrian markets large bouquets of Oregano fill the air with their aromatic fragrance.
 

One of only a few herbs that, traditionally, are almost always used dry, Papalino’s Calabrian wild Oregano has a unique, intense flavour thanks to the unusually high concentration of essential oils found in this native variety.
